About the role

Overview In this role you will own the Frank’s Red Hot brand P&L and in-market performance, shaping growth through strategic brand plans and cross-functional leadership. You’ll partner across Consumer, Branded Food Service, Trade Marketing, and R&D to drive ambitious short- and long-term initiatives. You’ll manage a small team, deliver annual forecasts, and coordinate MBR/CR processes. The opportunity combines strategic influence with hands-on execution in a global, growth-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits 401khealth insurancepaid time offcompetitive compensationflexibility for diverse life stages Total Rewards programs Responsibilities Own brand P&L and in-market results for Frank’s Red Hot, including sales, share, and household penetration Forecast and budget management, including Cost of Selling, COGS, and Marketing Investments Identify growth initiatives from consumer and landscape analysis and prioritize them Develop and execute strategic brand plans across Consumer and Branded Food Service Collaborate with Trade Marketing to drive external buy-in and execution of brand strategies Lead briefs for integrated communications, branding, market research, and R&DLead cross-functional projects and portfolio optimization Manage and develop two direct reports; mentor high-potential talent Key requirements Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related discipline Minimum 6 years of marketing and/or sales experience Strong understanding of marketing practices, consumer insights, and related business areas (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)Proven track record in CPG brand management, finance, promotions, and consumer communications Experience leading through others and managing cross-functional teams Strong strategic thinking, communication, influencing, and teamwork Analytical and data-driven with forecasting ability Project leadership across multiple initiatives and ability to drive market innovation Discretion with strategic recommendations and data sources Strategic thinking Communication Influencing Brand managementP&L management Financial forecasting
