They specialize in corporate office fit-outs, tenant improvements, and workplace renovations, delivering high-quality projects for leading tenants, landlords, and commercial real estate firms across Manhattan.Job DescriptionConstruction Commercial Interiors Project Manager - Manhattan, NYCManage commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controlsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and ownership teamsOversee procurement, contract administration, and change order managementLead client meetings and provide regular project updatesMonitor project progress and proactively resolve construction, scheduling, and budget challengesEnsure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and NYC building regulationsCollaborate closely with field teams to maintain quality standards and project milestonesManage project financials, including forecasting and reportingMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
