About the role
Instagram LLC is seeking a Lead, Product Content Engineering to own the evaluation rubrics for image and video generation. You will define quality dimensions, run human eval rounds, and set launch quality bars for generative media features, guiding go/no-go decisions.
You will calibrate rater pools, align with research and modeling teams, and help translate eval findings into training, data and post-training priorities.
