We're helping shape the future of Pilates and how the world moves.Position Summary: Riser Fitness is seeking a highly organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to support Corporate Operations at our Costa Mesa headquarters. This role provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support, helping keep schedules, communications, and office operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for an administrative professional looking to build experience in corporate operations, with room for growth as the company continues to expand.Schedule and Availability: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 pm, additional hours on an as needed basisPay Range: The Day-to-day:Answer and professionally direct incoming calls to the Riser Fitness headquarters line, taking messages and responding to routine inquiries.Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and send calendar invitations as assigned.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and itineraries, as needed.Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, reports, and other business materials.Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to keep office records accurate and easy to locate.Assist with data entry and recordkeeping across office and operational systems.Help coordinate office supply inventory and support vendor relations, including communication, ordering, and follow-up.Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and package distribution, and support business-related errands as needed.Support cross-functional projects by tracking deadlines, organizing information, and following up on assigned action items.Handle confidential company and employee information with professionalism and discretion.Provide additional administrative support as business needs evolve.Is this you?High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.2+ years of administrative, office support, or related experience required.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of personal auto insurance meeting company minimum requirements for employees performing occasional business errands.Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday at the Costa Mesa headquarters.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Workspace experience is a plus.Passionate about the fitness community and interested in growing with the company!Rewards & BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision kick in the first of the month after you're hired, including plan options with $0 deductibles.
