About the role
Seeking a part-time California Licensed SUD Group Facilitator, this fully remote position will manage group sessions for clients facing substance use disorders, collaborating closely with a therapy team to provide meaningful support and psychoeducation.
Key responsibilities:
Facilitate substance use disorder group sessions using the current curriculum and best practices
Engage clients and foster group cohesion while adhering to operational policies and procedures
Participate in collaborative team meetings and ensure timely documentation of treatment notes
Required qualifications:
Master's degree in mental health or a related field
Availability to work 3 weeknights between Monday and Thursday, totaling 9 hours
Experience with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
Proficiency across multiple treatment modalities, including group-based treatment
Reliable high-speed internet connection and proficiency with cloud-based communication software
