This key leadership role is focused on defining, implementing, and continuously enhancing the global operating model to ensure the safe, reliable, efficient, and scalable operation of the data center portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for global operations strategy and governance, operations process ownership, and leading initiatives for operational excellence and continuous improvement. They will also be involved in establishing and maintaining global operational performance metrics, and partnering with regional leaders to drive alignment and adoption of best practices. The role requires a proven leader with deep experience in mission-critical operations, organizational scaling, process design, governance, and change management, who can drive consistency across regions while allowing for the operational flexibility needed to meet local market requirements. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years' of experience in data center operations or related environments, with a minimum of 5 years' in a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational governance, process design, and organizational transformation, and experience in influencing executive leadership. Key qualifications include strong analytical, financial, program management, and strategic planning capabilities, as well as exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A successful track record in creating scalable operational frameworks, driving global business growth, and building strong partnerships across various organizational functions is essential.
