Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm (optional OT) Start: Immediately Location: Twinsburg Backgrounds: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis Our client is a leading precision metal fabrication and machine shop dedicated to delivering high-quality products and excellent service to their customers. Seeking experienced powder coaters to add to their team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and maintain powder coating equipment to ensure quality finishes. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and applying pre-treatments as necessary. Monitor and adjust coating processes to meet specifications and improve efficiency. Conduct quality checks and maintain records of daily production. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and uphold safety guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in powder coating or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of coating processes, equipment, and safety practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
