Clerical And Administrative Support Position
Examples Of Duties: This position provides clerical and administrative support to the Community Preservation Committee. Schedules, posts, prepares for and attends committee meetings and public hearings and takes and transcribes minutes according to the Open Meeting Law, maintains committee and project files, provides information to the public, processes invoices and maintains budget, and other related duties as assigned. Min.
Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and two year college degree or certificate program in administrative, secretarial, business or paralegal studies. Must have a minimum two years full time equivalent related work experience in an administrative, clerical or paralegal support role, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Compensation: Non- Union Pay Scale, Grade 4, $23.19-$30.44/hrHours: Approximately 6 hours a month, attendance at evening meetings required
