About the role
WorldVia is seeking a Senior Manager of Agency Development in the United States to lead the Agency Development function and translate strategy into scalable programs. The role partners with the Director to drive recruiting, onboarding, member success, and growth initiatives, owning KPIs across advisor growth, retention, and satisfaction. You will manage team leads and specialists, build scalable processes, and oversee CRM systems such as HubSpot.
