About the role
We’re hiring an experienced sales leader for one of our portfolio companies: an internet business selling online products to business owners, with prices ranging from $6,000 to $30,000.You’ll take ownership of the sales team, recruiting strong closers, developing their skills, and driving performance across a high-volume booked-call sales operation. You must have personally closed high-ticket offers and successfully led a closing team. You should know how to identify strong reps, earn their trust, and help them perform consistently.
Your responsibilities:
Recruit and assess experienced closers through your network and other hiring channels.
Build an onboarding process that gets new reps productive quickly.
Run daily call reviews and practical sales coaching.
Set clear performance standards and hold the team accountable.
Improve conversion, follow-up, and pipeline management.
Get on calls when needed to demonstrate the standard and diagnose problems firsthand.
Track collected revenue, conversion rates, refunds, and individual rep performance.
Work with leadership to increase call volume as sales performance supports it.
What we’re looking for:
Proven personal success closing comparable high-ticket offers.
Experience recruiting, coaching, and managing a high-volume closing team.
Clear examples of reps you hired, developed, and retained.
The ability to identify why deals are lost and turn that into specific, effective coaching.
Strong commercial judgment and ownership of results.
The opportunity:
Lead the sales function within an established internet business.
Shape the team, hiring standards, training, and sales process.
Work directly with company leadership.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
