What You'll Do: Inspect and Prepare EquipmentSet up rigging components for inspection and functional testing based on customer requirements. Complete cosmetic cleaning, labeling, and routine preparation activities to maintain quality standards. Ensure Order AccuracyReview rental reservations and show orders to verify completeness and equipment accuracy. Identify missing components, resolve discrepancies, and support order fulfillment requirements. Support Equipment ReadinessInspect shipping cases and ensure all transport components function properly. Perform basic case repairs and modifications to support safe transportation of equipment. Maintain Warehouse OrganizationHelp organize inventory storage and maintain equipment locations to support operational efficiency. Assist with inventory handling and warehouse best practices. Support Logistics OperationsAssist with truck loading activities and help ensure equipment is positioned securely for transport. What You Bring 1-2 years of AV rigging experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills. Initiative and ability to work independently. Adaptability in a fast-moving operational environment.
