The Role:
- Leading a domestic RF engineering team while overseeing remote designers.
- Taking multiple high-frequency products through design reviews and a structured stage-gate process.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing and sourcing to align engineering with the product roadmap.
- Mentoring and developing engineers, with a route to managing teams globally.
- The Person:
- Strong RF engineering background, ideally with RF interconnect experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with coaxial, microwave, and high-frequency or millimeter wave RF products
