ITA Group is seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead our most complex, high-profile, and strategically important video productions. This role serves as a trusted production advisor to clients, creative leaders, and internal stakeholders, translating business and creative objectives into successful productions that deliver exceptional results.
The Senior Video Producer oversees projects from initial strategy and scoping through final delivery, managing budgets, schedules, resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams while ensuring creative excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Lead large-scale video productions across brand campaigns, executive communications, documentary content, experiential events, and multi-platform media.
Partner with clients, creative leaders, and stakeholders to develop production strategies, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
Serve as the senior production lead throughout pre-production, production, and post-production.
Manage financial performance, including estimating, forecasting, vendor negotiations, invoicing, and project reconciliation.
Direct cross-functional teams, production crews, freelancers, and external partners.
Guide clients and stakeholders through creative reviews, approvals, and delivery processes.
Anticipate and resolve production, scheduling, staffing, and budget challenges while protecting creative vision and business objectives.
Mentor producers and contribute to department planning, process improvement, and production best practices.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
9+ years of progressive video production experience, including leadership of complex, high-profile productions.
Proven success managing substantial production budgets, scopes of work, vendor negotiations, and project financials.
Experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients, executives, and senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with experience directing cross-functional teams and external production partners.
Expertise in production and post-production workflows, scheduling, logistics, and quality control.
Working knowledge of AI-assisted content creation tools and workflows.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and related production technologies.
Exceptional communication, organization, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel as needed, including production assignments lasting up to two consecutive weeks.
