This pivotal role is responsible for defining and executing the digital commerce strategy, with a focus on e-commerce, social commerce, CRM, AI, beauty tech, and performance media. The successful candidate will be the architect of the brand's global digital growth engine, owning revenue and profitability, and building a future-ready digital commerce ecosystem. Key responsibilities include leading the global e-commerce strategy, owning the global e-commerce P&L, and creating differentiated channel strategy frameworks. The role also involves leading the social commerce strategy, CRM, and eFSS, and driving AI and beauty tech capabilities for future growth. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in e-commerce, digital, or omnichannel leadership, with a proven track record in global e-commerce P&L ownership. Strong capabilities in CRM, data strategy, performance marketing, and digital transformation are essential, with a preference for those with experience in beauty or premium consumer brands. The role requires a leader with a strong commercial and P&L ownership mindset, deep understanding of consumer lifecycle and omnichannel ecosystems, and the ability to integrate commerce, media, CRM, and technology into a single growth model.
