Responsibilities: Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improvemobility, strength, balance and functional independence Implementpatient-centered treatment plansdesigned to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals Deliver hands-on therapyinterventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients Partner withinterdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strongpatient outcomesand continuity of care Maintain accurateclinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
