About the role

The In-person Fiscal Intermediary Mailing Associate is responsible for the oversight production of payroll and mailings for Fiscal Intermediary. $21.00 an hour In-person Monday - FridayIn-person office hours are 8:30am to 4:30pmDriving requiredMA license required
Essential Functions:
  • Prepare mailing trays for packaging
  • Package daily payroll
  • Prepare and package any miscellaneous mailings
  • Year End Packaging – W2s and FICA Refunds
  • Daily delivery of any/all packaged jobs to USPS distribution center
  • Print miscellaneous forms for other departments
  • Keep up to date with inventory log
  • Coordinate with facilities any deliveries related to FI Payroll
  • Clean Konica and Quadient machines weekly
  • Assist in packaging miscellaneous requests (reissues, verification of employment, etc.)Scan Income Withholding Orders from various agencies for FI Payroll team to setup in CYMA system
  • All other duties assigned by the Fiscal Intermediary Payroll Manager/Supervisor

Required Education: High School Diploma. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employee will be required to lift cases of paper, boxes of envelopes, completed trays, etc. which could weigh as much as 40 pounds.
