You'll create polished, high-quality designs across a wide range of surfaces — from landing pages and ad campaigns to sales decks and launch materials — helping bring Linear's visual language to life everywhere people experience our brand.When it comes to design, we're looking to work with people who can pick up any problem and solve it. For us, it's both how it works and how it looks. At its core, Linear is a developer tool where speed, interactions, and small details matter. We expect a broad set of design skills and the ability to create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes.In this role, you will help communicate Linear's story (what we're building and why it matters) as part of our internal creative agency: the Magic Team.Location & work modeLinear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in North American or European time zones. You can work from anywhere within those regions. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.What you'll doWork with Marketing to design landing pages, ad campaigns, sales decks, and launch materialsPartner with the Magic Team to extend and scale Linear's visual language across new campaigns and creative surfacesCollaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to create cohesive marketing experiences across web, social, and brandWhat we're looking forAround 2+ years of experience designing for web, marketing, or brand.Excellent visual, UI, motion and interactive design skillsEye for good design, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craftWhat we offerWe're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with.
