About the role
- Hot Beverage Preparation & Service Support Prepare and stage hot beverages according to established procedures and production needs.
- Ensure beverages are prepared accurately and available to bar staff and Alpenglobe servers in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly with the Back of House Supervisor and event teams regarding production needs and changing priorities.
- Maintain consistent preparation, proper product handling, and quality standards. Kitchen & Inventory Operations Set up, stock, and organize beverage preparation areas, kitchens, coolers, freezers, dry storage, and dish areas.
- Monitor product and supply levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Back of House Supervisor.
- Follow proper food preparation, storage, and holding procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workspaces throughout each shift. Cleaning & Event Support Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, cleaning, and closing procedures.
- Clean and organize prep areas, dish spaces, cooler/freezer storage, and dry storage at the end of each event day.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Respond to changing operational needs and assist with additional event duties as needed.
- Assist with additional event duties as needed. Qualifications & Experience
- At least 1-2 years of food preparation and/or production experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn beverage preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper storage procedures.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to anticipate inventory and production needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive, professional attitude.
- Willingness to perform hands-on preparation, cleaning, stocking, and closing tasks.
