Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced procurement leader to develop and execute sourcing strategies for utility-scale renewable energy and power generation projects. This role will lead supplier selection, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and supply chain management for major equipment, EPC services, and construction contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage procurement strategies for renewable energy and generation projects.
Lead RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
Manage sourcing of major equipment, EPC services, and long-lead materials.
Partner with engineering, development, construction, finance, legal, and operations teams to support project execution.
Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and supply chain risks.
Oversee supplier performance, delivery schedules, warranties, and contract compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.10+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management experience.
Experience supporting power generation, renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
Strong background in contract negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
Excellent commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience:
Renewable energy, battery storage, or thermal power generation projects.
Major equipment procurement and EPC contracting.
Experience with utility-scale energy development and construction projects.
