About the role
Person Centered Services in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Partnership & Leadership to embed ongoing 1:1 coaching with senior leaders onsite. This role partners with HR and L&D to drive real-time feedback and sustained leadership improvements.
You will work embedded with leaders, translate expectations into daily behaviors, and collaborate with HR to address complex people and performance challenges while maintaining accountability and inclusion.
