About the role

Veracyte, Inc. is seeking a Principal Bioinformatics Scientist to lead MRD assay bioinformatics, from concept to analytical validation and launch. You will shape the bioinformatics strategy, partner with wet-lab and clinical teams, and drive regulatory-compliant development of LDTs for oncology indications. You will own analytics, design study plans, and develop scalable pipelines, while mentoring junior scientists and communicating complex results to leadership.
