About the role

All on the Field (AOTF) is hiring a Deputy Field Director for the 2026 Mississippi canvass program across DeSoto County, North Mississippi, and the Delta. The Deputy runs day-to-day field management and owns training delivery across the program, working primarily in the field with regional directors and team leads. The role focuses on developing field staff, mentoring them through the program, and supporting their performance as they take on turf of their own.
