About the role

About the Role: This is a leadership position for a hands-on growth manager who's equally comfortable mentoring a team and actively managing client accounts. We're looking for someone who leads with creative thinking — not just performance optimization — and brings fresh ideas to how we test, iterate, and scale across paid social.
Responsibilities: Directly manage and mentor junior media buyers, fostering growth in both technical and strategic skills Actively manage 5–6 paid social accounts for e-commerce brands across the full campaign lifecycle Monitor and pace media budgets across all active accounts, ensuring spend is on track and flagging any delivery issues or optimizations opportunities in a timely manner Lead creative strategy development — identifying concepts, driving testing frameworks, and collaborating with creative teams to produce high-performing ad content Analyze and report on channel KPIs (CPA, CAC, MER, ROAS, CPMs, LTV) with regular, actionable insights for team leadership and clients Contribute to & present MBR and QBR reports for internal stakeholders and clients Execute advanced paid social strategies including following Meta Performance Best Practices, branded content/partnership ads, post IDs, test & scale methods Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive, timely client reporting and communication Requirements 4+ years of paid social experience focused on e-commerce Proven expertise planning, building, and managing campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest Experience managing monthly budgets of $150K–$500K+Strong creative instincts, you think about the ad before you think about the bid strategy Experience in fashion, apparel, or accessories verticals preferred Confident client-facing presenter with strong written and verbal communication Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Based in or willing to work in CST or EST time zones
