About the role

First Energy Corp is seeking a Planning & Protection Engineer to ensure the reliability of Maryland's distribution systems. The role focuses on analysis, planning, and reporting to support modernization and performance targets. Onsite work at MD locations, with travel within the service territory. The engineer will develop long-range infrastructure improvement plans, oversee LTIIP initiatives, and collaborate with MD Operations to deliver reliable service and regulatory compliance.
