Client Overview:
Our client, a family-owned pest control business, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. They are growing and looking for someone who can understand and contribute to their mission. Salary/Hourly Rate$25/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will respond to client requests via phone and email. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential to work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Of The Customer Service Representative Answer phone and email inquiries from customers to place orders. Update and maintain order information within the CRM system. Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting. Handle outbound sales calls to drive business. Required Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience is required. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to handle difficult situations, solve problems, and provide white-glove customer service. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative Knowledge of pest control is a plus.
Education Requirements: High school diploma is required.
