About This Role: This is a SAFe training & consulting role — and we mean that seriously. At Rockmere Partners, we run private SAFe certification classes and advise enterprise clients through real transformations. We're looking for SAFe SPCs who are energized by both sides of the work: the classroom and the engagement. If you come alive coaching a cohort through PI Planning, love making the SAFe Big Picture click for practitioners at every level, and can sit across the table from enterprise leaders to guide a transformation — read on. Unlike a pure training role, this role might also involve consulting. Private training and enterprise consulting go hand in hand, and the best candidates move fluently between teaching the framework and applying it at scale. What You'll Actually DoDeliver private SAFe certification classes — SA, SSM, POPM, SP, and related courses — live and virtual, for enterprise cohorts Lead enterprise consulting engagements — guide clients through SAFe transformations, ART launches, and scaling challenges Train corporate SAFe cohorts, adapting real-world context while maintaining Scaled Agile certification standards Host SAFe webinars and thought-leadership sessions that build Rockmere's presence in the market Contribute to content — keep SAFe training and consulting materials sharp, current, and grounded in real transformation experience

What We're Looking For:

Active SAFe SPC (Practice Consultant) certification — this is non-negotiable
A genuine track record of both facilitating SAFe classes and consulting on transformations — not just one or the other
Hands-on experience with SAFe at scale — PI Planning, ART launches, portfolio-level work
Clear, engaging communication — the ability to make SAFe's breadth feel accessible and immediately applicable, whether in a classroom or a boardroom
Self-driven: you own your prep, your cohort experience, your client outcomes
Weekend availability is a plus — some private classes run on Saturdays, and flexibility helps
Please Do Not Apply If…You are not a certified SAFe SPC — no exceptions
Your SAFe experience is limited to one transformation at one company, and you haven't trained or advised others on the framework
You want training or consulting, but not both — this role blends them
You need a predictable 9-to-5 structure — our calendar flexes around client and class needs
