Uni Group is seeking a Claims Service Representative to reunite customers with items lost, missing, or misplaced during moves. On-site at our Des Peres, MO headquarters, you will investigate overages and shortages, and work with customers, agents, and internal teams to resolve cases with empathy and accuracy.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or related fields, strong communication, and keen attention to detail.
