What You'll Do As a Veterinary Technician, you'll work closely with our veterinarians and support team throughout all areas of patient care, including: Performing venipuncture and placing IV catheters Assisting veterinarians with appointments, treatments, and diagnostic procedures Preparing patients for surgical and dental procedures Monitoring anesthesia and assisting with patient recovery Administering medications, vaccines, fluids, and treatments as directed Taking digital radiographs and assisting with diagnostic imaging Collecting and processing laboratory samples Providing safe and compassionate patient restraint Maintaining accurate medical records and treatment notes Reviewing discharge instructions and communicating with clients about patient care Helping maintain an organized and efficient treatment area and hospital workflow What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is confident in their veterinary technician skills and ready to contribute to a busy clinical team.
