Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Executive Personal Assistant based in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area.
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, overseeing daily tasks, and coordinating personal and professional priorities. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining organization, managing documentation, and providing clerical assistance as necessary to ensure the executive can focus on strategic objectives. The role will focus on supporting a physician executive who balances multiple clinical and leadership roles.
The role may often be performed remotely, however, there will be on-site meetings required from time to time.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Prior experience in a healthcare/medical setting
Strong organizational and diary management skills to handle scheduling and calendar oversight
Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as record-keeping, documentation, and correspondence
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain confidentiality
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and scheduling software
Relevant experience in business, administrative assistance, or project coordination is advantageous
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
