About the role

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician to service mobile homes, common areas, and facilities. You will respond to resident requests, perform routine and emergency tasks, and coordinate with vendors to keep properties safe and functional. Starting pay is $20/hour with a 401(k) plan, medical stipend, vision, life and other insurance options, holiday pay, PTO, and career advancement opportunities.
