Customer Service Representative - Oil Industry Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Pay rate: $27.00 per hour
Schedule Details: Regular hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM
During the busy season (after Thanksgiving through March): Required to work two weeks on a 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM shift Required to work only 2 Saturdays (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Always staffed with a team of 3 employees during these shifts We're looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join a busy oil and HVAC service company!
Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls
Schedule tune-ups and service appointments Coordinate and dispatch technicians in the field Manage daily service schedules Help customers determine and communicate their service needs
Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to understand customer concerns and ask the right questions Scheduling or dispatching experience is a plus HVAC, oil, mechanical, or technical industry knowledge is helpful but not required
