About the role

Copia Power seeks a Manager, Interconnection to lead generation interconnection activities for solar, storage, natural gas, and data center projects across the U.S. You will manage interconnection studies, tariff compliance, and negotiations, reporting to the Director of Transmission & Interconnection while coordinating with asset management, legal, and finance teams. The role requires 6+ years in renewables interconnection, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency.
