About the role
Marketing Manager Our client, a growing multi-office firm, is looking for an organized, hands-on Marketing Manager to turn strategy into action. Reporting to a senior executive, you'll be the day-to-day project manager who keeps marketing moving, working closely with leadership, the internal team, and an outside agency partner.
What You'll Do:
Manage the monthly content calendar, including blogs, Linked In posts, thought leadership, and newsletters, and interview internal experts to source content Distribute and promote content across social media, email, and the company website Keep all marketing materials, templates, and brand assets current, on-brand, and organized in a central library Serve as the internal point of contact for PR, media opportunities, and company announcements Plan and run webinars, industry events, sponsorships, and client dinners Support sales with CRM pipeline updates, meeting materials, and new-client onboarding packages Handle new-hire branding such as bios, headshots, business cards, and email signatures Track marketing results, report wins to leadership, and support the annual budget What You Bring 4–6 years of corporate or agency marketing experience, ideally B2B or professional servicesA proven track record of executing plans and meeting deadlines, not just building strategy Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders Solid copyediting skills and experience with social media, email platforms, and website content management Confidence working with senior executives and outside partnersA bias for action and the flexibility to adjust as priorities shift Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
