About the role
About the Position Penn Talent and Entertainment is an acting school and talent management company in Las Vegas. We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy Part-Time Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator to help keep our studio and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position. You may be answering a parent’s question, updating a schedule, processing a payment, preparing for a class, and helping solve a last-minute issue all in the same day. We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities, adjust quickly when things change, and stay organized and professional during busy days. Saturday morning availability is required. What You’ll DoOffice & Administrative Support Answer calls, texts, and emails from students, parents, coaches, and clients Manage calendars, appointments, class schedules, and Zoom meetings Maintain student records, attendance, paperwork, and office information Process payments, track invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances Help keep communication and schedules organized when information changes quickly Online & Social Media Support Provide occasional support to our social media team as needed Help update information on our website and online platforms when needed Classes, Events & Studio Support Work Saturday morning classes Help with student check-in and class coordination Be available to assist with event and workshop setup and breakdown Prepare rooms, materials, signage, and supplies as needed Occasionally assist with local pickups or drop-offs Help keep the studio clean, organized, and professional Who We’re Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you are: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities A strong multitasker who can stay organized when several things need attention at once Dependable, accountable, and able to follow through Able to take initiative and work without constant direction Friendly and professional with students, parents, coaches, and clients Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new programs Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, POS systems, and general website navigation Experienced in administrative, secretarial, scheduling, or office support work You must also: Be available Saturday mornings Be available for occasional event and workshop setup and breakdown Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet during events when needed Experience or interest in acting or the entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.
Position Details:
- Part-time: approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Saturday mornings are required
- Additional availability may be needed for scheduled workshops and events
- Compensation will be discussed during the interview
