FT Production Associate

Responsibilities: Assist with production tasks to meet daily output goals and quality standards Operate, monitor, and basic troubleshoot production equipment as needed Follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines Inspect products and materials for quality, accuracy, and consistency Package, label, move, and organize materials or finished goods Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs Support inventory tracking, material handling, and replenishment activities Document work completed and report issues, defects, or equipment concerns promptly QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production environments is helpful Ability to follow instructions and work accurately in a team setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as required Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Basic communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn new processes and contribute to continuous improvement
