About the role
Leading a high-impact portfolio of life sciences measurement and analytics work, the full-time VP of Analytics will innovate measurement strategies, mentor teams, and advise clients while working in a hybrid environment across various U.S. locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive portfolio operations by setting priorities, resolving conflicts, and managing risks
Advise senior clients by translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
Champion AI and modern workflows to enhance analytics capabilities and drive business development
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in agency or client-side measurement and analytics
Deep expertise in life sciences marketing, including HCP and patient/DTC dynamics
Proficiency in media, CRM, web analytics, and BI tools
Strong background in cross-channel measurement, incrementality, and AI application
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
