About the role
Intelligence Federal is seeking an experienced EEO Adjudicator/Attorney to support the USDA. The role requires a JD, active US bar, and at least 5 years as a lawyer with 3+ years in federal civil rights matters and writing Final Agency Decisions. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and be a US citizen.
Fully remote work arrangement with benefits eligibility. Primary duties include drafting FADs, reviewing ROI sufficiency, processing informal/formal EEO complaints, and drafting
