About the role
- Client Experience | Reception
- Welcome clients and create a warm, professional, and personalized experience
- Support scheduling, appointment confirmations, client communication, and checkout
- Assist clients with product education and recommendationsMaintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area
- Support opening and closing responsibilities and daily spa operations
- Assist with retail, inventory, laundry, and other operational needs as needed
- Support community events, pop-ups, and promotional initiatives
- Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experienceAesthetician Responsibilities
- If transitioned into an Aesthetician or dual-role position, responsibilities may include:
- Perform skincare services according to Alchemy Face Bar protocols and standards
- Create personalized treatment plans based on each client's skin goals
- Educate clients on home care, treatment plans, and product recommendations
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up recommendationsMaintain accurate client documentation, including treatment notes, allergies, medications, and preferences
- Follow all sanitation, infection control, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space
- Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and hands-on training
- Passionate about skincare and helping people feel confident
- Positive, professional, and client-focused

- Current Colorado Esthetician or Colorado Cosmetology License required for transition into aesthetician responsibilities
- Colorado Advanced Peel Certification & Colorado Manual Exfoliation Certification required for aesthetician responsibilities
- Ability to work the schedule outlined within this posting
- Flexibility as business needs evolve while we grow into seven-day operations

- Frequent walking between floors throughout the day, as the treatment room is located on the second level of the spa

- Lifting and carrying up to 1015 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance
