Junior Designer

📍 Location: New York, NY 10007 – Onsite, Friday Remote💼 Job Title: Junior Designer⏳ Duration: 3 months+ potential to extend💰 Pay Rate: $35–40/hr on W2Job Description We are seeking a Junior Product Designer with a strong foundation in visual design, digital asset production, and creative campaign support. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and adapting digital assets across multiple channels while maintaining brand standards and visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and adapt digital creative assets, including graphics, animations, and videos. Produce and resize campaign assets for web, email, app, social media, and paid media platforms. Support senior designers and collaborate with Art Direction and Project Management teams. Ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and creative direction. Apply typography, color theory, UX/UI, and visual design principles. Support creative iterations and asset optimization based on performance insights. Manage timelines and communicate project status with cross-functional teams. Organize and maintain raw media and final creative assets. Stay current with design trends and digital creative best practices. Required Qualifications2–3 years of design experience; recent graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop IllustratorInDesignAfter Effects Experience with Figma and Sketch. Familiarity with motion graphics and animation. Understanding of typography, color theory, UX/UI, and visual design principles. Experience creating digital assets for multiple channels. Familiarity with ADA-compliant/accessibility-focused design. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Portfolio demonstrating campaign and digital design work.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting multi-brand creative portfolios. Experience creating assets for paid media platforms. Experience working with data/analytics teams to inform creative iterations.
