About the role
The Role
This position supports the optimization of Plexus's revenue performance through data analysis, performance tracking and reporting, incentive and promotion analysis, and forecasting support. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Ambassador Experience, Customer Experience, Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Commissions teams to collect, validate, and analyze data that helps identify opportunities to improve recruiting, activation, retention, reactivation, rank advancement, customer growth, and overall revenue productivity. This Analyst serves as a key contributor in analyzing growth initiatives, promotions, incentives, and business performance drivers and providing timely, accurate reporting and insights that support business decision-making and operational execution.
Performance Accountabilities
Tracks and analyzes key business performance drivers, KPIs, and trends across recruiting, activation, retention, reactivation, rank advancement, customer growth, and revenue productivity.
Analyzes promotions, incentives, contests, and growth initiatives against established objectives and baselines.
Monitors leading indicators and behavioral trends and identifies meaningful changes in business performance.
Develops and maintains recurring reports, scorecards, and performance updates that provide visibility into business results.
Supports revenue forecasting and planning through historical analysis, model maintenance, data validation, and preparation of forecast inputs.
Partners with Sales, Marketing, Ambassador Experience, Customer Experience, Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Commissions to collect and validate data required for analysis.
Translates performance data into clear summaries and insights that support business decision-making.
Validates data and reporting, investigates discrepancies, and supports consistent definitions and repeatable reporting processes.
Supports revenue performance initiatives through measurement, tracking, performance updates, and analytical support for operational follow-through.
Performance Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, relevant area or equivalent related experience.
1 year of progressive experience in business analysis, data coordination, sales operations, finance, or related disciplines. Strong internship experience considered.
Experience tracking data for marketing promotions, sales incentives, or business metrics.
Foundational understanding of basic forecasting concepts or financial planning data structures.
Experience organizing data and formatting presentations for business reviews.
High proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and foundational exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
Strong attention to detail and curiosity for finding trends in complex numbers.
