About the role

Proactive and analytical, the full-time Finance Associate will manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, while supporting compliance and reporting in a remote environment within a growing SaaS organization. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparing financial statements and reports Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SaaS revenue accounting Required Qualifications B.Com or M.Com degree; professional certifications such as CA (semi-qualified/qualified) or CMA 4-6 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, preferably in a US startup environment Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the software/SaaS industry Strong hands-on experience in AP/AR operations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation Familiarity with accounting software and ERPs such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or Xero
