About the role
Leading the renewals process for an assigned sales territory, the full-time remote Renewals Lead will manage and grow a portfolio of services, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the overall Renewals team strategy.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate the adoption of renewals strategies and develop strong relationships with field sales
Engage directly with clients to lead the renewals process and ensure timely completion
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while executing quarterly campaigns
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of inside sales, renewals, or account management experience
Understanding of renewals offerings, tools, and sales programs
Ability to communicate effectively with high-level decision makers
Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
