Bethesda Care Center, located in Fremont, Ohio, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Director to join our dedicated team. As our new HR Director, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, hiring, training, and personnel management Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures to promote a positive work culture Collaborate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs, develop staffing plans, and manage scheduling Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and address employee issues in a fair and timely manner Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Analyze and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee engagement Develop and manage a budget for employee engagement and recognition

Requirements:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR leadership or managementSHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
