[ Position ] Financial Analyst / Accounting & Administrative Support Specialist – Real Estate Development
[ Summary ] This position provides essential accounting, reporting, and administrative support to the real estate development management team. Working under the guidance of supervisors and Senior Analysts, the role focuses on financial data maintenance, Japanese HQ reporting assistance, project document management, and deadline tracking as project volume expands.
[ Essential Duties ] Maintain, update, and reconcile financial and accounting data for project entities, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flows, investment/loan balances, capital calls, and expenses.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and executive reporting materials for the Japanese headquarters using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Organize and archive project files, AM reports, accounting records, and legal contracts on SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Track task timelines and submission deadlines for financial statements, approval documents, and quarterly reports, providing timely follow-ups.
Support the accounting and performance management team with variance checks, data entry, and document intake verification.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and support duties as assigned by leadership.

[ Salary / Benefit ] $65,000 – $75,000 / year (Commensurate with experience)

[ Qualifications ] Prior practical experience in accounting, finance, reporting, administrative support, or data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
High attention to detail, accuracy in numerical data entry, and strong organization skills.
Basic understanding of financial statements and budgeting is preferred.
Experience in real estate, asset management, accounting firms, or Japanese corporate structures is a plus.
Professional English communication skills; business Japanese proficiency (reading/writing) is strongly preferred to support HQ reporting.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently in a team-oriented environment.
