About the role
Lead a high-performing team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists to support the U.S. launch of sonelokimab in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).
Responsibilitiesrecruit, coach, and develop 8-10 field professionals
translate national brand strategy into local account plans
observe customer interactions, coach selling skills, and ensure compliant execution
identify key dermatology and HS referral practices
analyze CRM and performance data to enhance execution
partner with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs and Reimbursement
lead district business reviews and communicate insights
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years in pharma/biotech sales, with 3+ years in sales leadership
specialty market experience (dermatology, immunology, biologics, HS preferred)
proven success in product launches or market expansion
strong coaching and performance management skills
ability to interpret field data and develop actionable strategies
