Competitive Pay: $16.00/hour during the training period (up to 6 weeks) and limitless production pay afterwards 1st Shift: Monday Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, some Saturdays required as needed 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM, some Saturdays as needed Full-Time Opportunity: 40 hours per week + overtime (as needed)Paid Weekly: Get paid your way direct deposit or pay card options Affordable Health Benefits After 30 Days: $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and FREE telehealth services for you and your family! What You'll Do as a Poultry Associate Perform precise cuts using hand knives Maintain production line pace to meet daily output goals Inspect meat for defects, bruising, excess fat, or foreign material Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), USDA guidelines, and plant sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination
Skills and Experience: Previous poultry cutting experience is preferred Ability to learn poultry cutting techniques to utilize safely Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet a daily quota Ability to stand for extended periods of time
