About the role

Colonial Group is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join our OEI team. The role focuses on sales, product, and order support for a defined OEI Sales group, handling pre-sales quotes, pricing, and post-sales logistics with internal partners. As CAC, you will liaise across departments to coordinate transportation, delivery, and timely resolutions of quality issues, leveraging knowledge of OEI Systems, Desk, and Seating products to deliver excellent service.
