About the role

SM Staffing Cottonwood Heights is seeking an experienced ABA Center Director to lead our ABA center's clinical and operational efforts in Utah. You will ensure evidence-based care and efficient center operations. The role requires a BCBA, Utah licensure eligibility, 3–5 years of direct ABA experience, and 1–2 years in leadership. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and foster relationships with referral sources to support growth.
