About the role
EDIS Group is looking for a Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and making things happen. You’ll work closely with our clients to understand what they are looking for, find great candidates, and guide both sides throughout the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, motivated, competitive, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
Extensive time on the phone (inbound and outbound).Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with client hiring managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Implements efficient and effective recruiting strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the client.
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of candidates prior to the client interview.
Collaborates with the client hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
