About the role

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare provider serving Arizona with a range of programs. The F/ACT Independent Living Specialists work with clients in homes or in the field to build independent living skills and sustain recovery. The role requires field-based work at least 80% of the time, with after-hours and on-call duties. Minimum education is a high school diploma/GED, with CPRP/CPRP-like certifications and AZ driving credentials preferred.
